HOW TO REGISTER A TEAM - Please print out this form and fill it out completely. For the 7 vs. 7 Men's League or the 7 vs. 7 Adult Coed League, be sure to circle the proper competitive level. Mail the completed form to Rocket Sports along with your deposit, made out to "Rocket Sports."

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for the 7 vs. 7 leagues. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required for the 11 vs. 11 league

Please check the Schedules link one week before the start of the season.

FULL PAYMENT IS DUE THE NIGHT OF YOUR FIRST GAME, PAYABLE IN ONE CHECK TO ROCKET SPORTS. Teams who do not pay in full on the night of their first game will be accessed a $100 fine. Teams not paid in full by the third game of the season will be removed from the league.
